Adding Water to the Batteries
If you have wet cell batteries, you will need to add water from time to time. Especially after equalizing the batteries. You do equalize your batteries don’t you?
Nonetheless, so you don’t spill water everywhere, try using an empty dish detergent plastic bottle, or a drinking bottle. I’m talking about something with that little pull up push down nozzle or nipple that opens and closes the flow.
This will give you a convenient way to quickly add water to a battery cell. Turn it upside down, open the nozzle, and squeeze a little water out. Push it closed it when done, then lift the bottle away. You can squirt in just what you need without spilling any water. I keep my squirt bottle in the battery compartment where it is very convenient. I refill it from the gallon jug of distilled water when it runs low.
